Born September 1, 1953 - passed away unexpectedly 4/30/2021.
Elaine is the daughter of Robert L. Burgess (predeceased 10/14/2017) and survived by Shirley (VanGelder)Burgess of Bath NY. Her siblings are: Robert Jr (Sue)Burgess Campbell NY, June Spears Bath NY, David (Diana)Burgess Cameron NY, Donald (Gloria)Burgess Risingville NY, (Scott)Amy Drake Lindley NY, Faith Burgess(Scott Aspell) Elmira NY. Several nieces and nephews, great ones too.
Elaine was married to David Magee (predeceased 10-7-1979) together they had 3 children: David (Tracy)Magee Huntsville Alabama, Louise (Donald)Hastings, Savona NY, George (Bridget)Magee Spanaway Washington.
Her grandchildren and great grandchildren:
David B. Magee(Justina Burlak) Dansville NY, Alexandria(Richard) and great granddaughter Addisyn Dickinson Corning NY, Ryan Magee Dansville NY, Zachary Magee and great granddaughters Jasmine Magee Bath NY and Chrystal Magee, Painted Post NY. Kaitlyn and Colin Magee, Spanaway Washington.
On 3/24/2001 Elaine married Robert A. Hendrickson (predeceased 10/30/2006).
Adding to the family are her stepchildren Robert and Denise Hendrickson - North Pole Alaska, Billie Jo Hamilton; and her grandchildren: Ashley, Breanna, Hunter Hendrickson. AJ, Braxton, X'hania Frank North Pole Alaska, Nick and Trisha Hamilton
May 10, 2020 Elaine retired from Corning Center's where she found another family; to name a few: Dache Robinson, Heather Ruggles, Catherine Taft, Donna Palmer Horton, Jennifer Josselyn, Kimi Kingsley and Tin Lizzy. Elaine absolutely loved to cook, (her peanut butter eggs will surely be missed around Easter time).
Her Calling Hours are Thursday May 6, 2021 at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath NY from 4:00pm-5:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 5:00 pm. Her burial will take place Friday, May 7, 2021 at The Bath National Cemetery in Bath NY at 10:00 am.
