New Smyrna Beach, FL - Gary D. Berlin, 83, New Smyrna Beach, FL, went home to heaven on July 16, 2021. Gary was born in Corning, NY on January 2nd, 1938 and had a very successful career in the Insurance Industry including formation of his own Agency, Berlin and Associates Insurance, headquartered in New Smyrna Beach. Gary is survived by his loving wife, Carol A. Berlin and his 6 daughters, Christine Hall (Dave), Colleen VanCuren, Cher Dambrosio (Frank), Michelle Berlin (Debbie), Cyndee Berlin and Carrie Berlin also known as "My Girls". He also is survived by his grandchildren, Torrie McLaughlin, Chad Radka, Christopher D. Barclay, Kelly Barclay and Sam and Adam (Liana) Wemple and his great Grandchildren, Brent and Josh Steiniger, Lucas McLaughlin, Alex and Lilly Radka. Gary also has 4 brothers, Jerry Miraglia, Mark Miraglia, Dane Miraglia and Jeff Grimins. The Family would also like to mention Gary's business partner and dear friend, George Denys. Gary and Carol moved to New Smyrna Beach 37 years ago and fell in love with the area and have been an active part of the community ever since. Gary lived life to its fullest in every way and will be missed by all! A private Celebration of Life will be held for his Family and close Friends at a later date. I remember meeting him at Merks . someone found out i was from corning. Went and talked to him and after some conversation i said you are Chris Halls Dad. Small world.. Here in NSB.. He is truly missed.. God bless you Gary.

So sorry for the loss of this awesome man. I ran across him and Carol one day at Merks. As well talked I said to them.. Know your daughter Chris Hall. We work together.. They both were very sweet and kind from that day forward. We many times hung out.. Helped out when needed.. A wonderful man and Father. I am privileged to have known him.. Peace to the family

I am so sorry to hear of Gary´s passing. It has been too long since I ran into both of you but just thinking about the last time puts a smile on my face. It was always a pleasure to see you both and we always had a good laugh. When I think of Gary I see his big smile!
