Hani BOULOS Obituary
BOULOS, Hani
Passed away surrounded by family on Friday, April 25, 2014. His memory will be cherished by his wife, Anne; his two children, Alex and Caroline; and his daughter-in-law, Emily. He will also be missed by many close family members and friends. A Celebration of his Life will be held at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue (East of Vanier Parkway), Ottawa on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 4 p.m. with a reception to follow. Donations in Hani's memory can be made to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, directed to the Multiple Myeloma team.

Dear Boulos Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Hani. I regret I am unable to show my respects in person today in Ottawa.
I met Hani and kept abreast of his many accompplishments, nnd fine family, through his brother and my close friend Fares. I admired Hani's intelligence, good humour, seriousness of purpose and grace. I was always pleased, in some inexplicable way, that such a sophisticated and global citizen, had chosen my hometown to marry and raise his family.

Hani, his parents, his brothers, his wife and his children are among the best I have ever known. I will indeed miss him after 50 years of friendship. I pray God to have mercy on his soul, and to give his family the fortitude to go on with his kindness, honor and great sense of humour.

I was really saddened by the news, I had a lot of fun sailing, playing tennis and talking with Hani over the years.
