Edith Page Obituary
Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 9 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Joyner's Funeral Home and at other times at son, Carlton Page's home, 3301 Teal Drive, Wilson.
Edith was a faithful member of Thompson Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a retired minister of over fifty years. She also loved to babysit, canning vegetables, and always saw the beauty in her flowers. Edith loved her family dearly, especially spending time together at Christmas. She will be loved and missed by many.
Edith is survived by her sons, William Carlton Page and wife, Debra of Wilson and Douglas Cameron Page and wife, Tammy of Lucama; granddaughters, April Dawn Page and Allison Brooke Page, both of Wilson; grandson, William Cameron Page of Lucama; sister-in-law, Edith Pridgen and husband, Jimmie of Elm City; brothers-in-law, Linwood Page and wife, Linda of Rosewood, Sherwood Page and wife, Edna of Grifton, and Tony Page and wife, Theresa of Wake Forest; and several nieces and nephews.
Edith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William R. "Dickie" Page; parents, Garvie Lee and Blannie Harrell; sister, Jeanette "Jean" Dixon; and brother, GL Harrell.
