I wanto thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and memories. As I said at the service, before Bill was a Husnabd and Father, he was a brother. As the oldest by two years, raised in Peaceful Vally. We played football, baseball and all those games together, often against each other. We where together when we discovered who Santa Clause really was, the first one to greet me at the house after that long trip to Bloomsburg, PA when we won the title game. He was the one who called me when my father died. We did not always see eye to eye on everything. What brothers do, but his heart was in the right place. Best of all like his oldest brother, he believe in loyalty, to family and country. May you rest in peace Bill, I wish you good fishing and blue skies. Have a ball and glove ready until the day we can play catch again in a field by a dirt road. Love Merle

Cindy, so sorry for this tremendous loss. You can take comfort in the fact he will continue to live on in those that will benefit from his generous organ donation. Thoughts and prayers to your entire family.

I remember spending time at Bill's house in the early 90. He and I would argue about baseball, only like two true fans of the game could. I am sure he is now having the same discussions with my father and Uncle Leon. The one story I will tell is when my sister lived in Scranton briefly, bill took a camera and filled the roll full with pictures of his feet. A task I repeat to this day. Bill had a playful sense and a great sense of humor.

My cousin Bill, there are no words that can possibly explain this loss to our family. I am sorry not to be there for Cheryll and the kids. I always loved you, even when you and Jimmy tortured us girls as kids! I remember the "Indian Club", the hide and seek, the running around Peaceful Valley, all of it. Rest in peace and know you were loved.
