Bruce Anderson Obituary
Lafayette - Bruce Christian Anderson, born on August 10, 1955, was called home on May 30, 2018 with his family at his side. He is survived by his mother, Rose "Rusty" Rowley Anderson of The Woodlands, TX; sister Lisa Marlow Anderson-Newton and husband Sam of The Woodlands, TX; sister Rebecca Anderson-Clarke and her husband Phil of The Woodlands, TX; nephews Rob Anderson and Jake Anderson of Bakersfield, California, nephew Ben Anderson of San Diego, California, nephews Morgan Clarke, Micah Clarke and niece, Lena Clarke, of The Woodlands, TX.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Arthur Anderson of Lafayette, La. and brother Kenneth Russell Anderson of Bakersfield, Ca.
He will always be remembered for his dedication to his Christian faith, loving demeanor, and beautiful guitar playing. Bruce's impeccable knowledge of the Bible, current events and historical facts will be missed by his loved ones.
"Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him". James 1:12.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Bruce and his brother Kenneth in Lafayette, LA on August 18, 2018.

Still, I find it so difficult to believe. Ms. Rusty, Mother, please contact me. I wish to share the information with our 1973 classmates. As mentioned, Chris spoke to me briefly. We were friends and I truly admired him and appreciated his kind, loving heart.

Chris, a high school classmate and friend. Not too long ago Chris spoke to me and I could not believe after all these years he remembered me. He appeared fine and looked great. I wish for the family to contact me. I really was fond of Chris and he always had a special place in my heart. Our class reunion was going to be the time and place to visit and catch up.
