Gary Earnest Obituary
Lafayette - Funeral services for Gary Don Earnest, 65, will be held Wednesday December 23, 2020 at 2:00 PM in David Funeral Home, with his brother in law Pastor Shannon Crawford officiating.
Visitation will be held Wednesday December 23, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of services.
Gary was a native of Knoxville Tennessee and a resident of Abbeville LA; he loved woodworking, Budweiser and was considered a jack of all trades. He was an avid member of the NRA, his greatest joy was spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Charlotte Crawford Earnest; his children Misty and her husband Jason Richard, Gayla and her husband Jeff Newton; Joshua and his wife Crystal Earnest and Jeremiah and his wife Manda Earnest; two brothers Ricky Earnest, and Ken and his wife Patti Earnest; two sisters Alesia Stone, and Patricia and her husband Jeff Barron. Gary was also survived by his fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Gary was preceded in death by one grandchild Wyatt Earnest; his parents Cullen and Geryldine Smith Earnest.
