Mary David Obituary
Lafayette - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 9, 2016 in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church - Broussard for Mary Lou David, 86, who passed away on December 6, 2016.
Reverend Michael Delcambre , Pastor will Celebrate the Mass.
Burial will take place in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
Mary, a resident of Youngsville , was the daughter of the late John Bodoin and the former Rosella Frederick.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Lester P. David; daughters, Charleen Sellers and Josie Picard; sons, Terry Fabre and Andy Fabre; step-son, Dale David; eight grandchildren, Kerry Fabre, Jamen Sellers, Sara Sellers, Raegan Wilkerson, Jarrod Sellers, Kyle Fabre, B.J. Piicard and Elliot David as well as sixteen great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Dale and Joni David as well as the staff of St. Joseph Hospice for their compassionate care.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Dallas J. Fabre; three brothers and one sister.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Thursday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue Friday from 8:00 AM until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Jamen Sellers, Jarrod Sellers, B.J. Picard, Kyle Fabre, Dale David and Brian Wilkerson.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Kenneth Fabre.

what a sweet giving soul to be around, wanted to be there ,we will all miss her ,her family the most. I offer my prayers to all who loved her the most.
