Mary Green Obituary
LAFAYETTE - Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Mary Felix Green, 58, who died October 20, 2013 at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Services will be conducted by Father Thomas James, SVD.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
She is survived by four adult children, Renell (Anthony) Exby of Broussard, Gerard (Donna) Green of Lafayette, Ruby Green of Lafayette, Demetria (Richard) Lachney of Rayne; 13 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; five sisters, Linda M. Felix, Eva D. Onezine, Delores Bickham, Christine W. Darby, Prunella Francis; three brothers, Gerald Felix, Paul Felix, Michael Despanie; three aunts and one great uncle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Lee Felix, Rudolph Felix; grandparents, Eunice Sam, Alfred Griffin and Oneal J. Felix, Sr.; three sisters, Jeanette, Joyce, Judy Felix and two brothers, Joseph Harris Felix and Alex Michael Felix.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 28, 2013 at Syrie Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and continue Tuesday from 7 a.m. until time of service.
A rosary will be recited Monday, October 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.

Oh, Mary "Doris", I am so sorry that you left us but I know you are in a much, much better place. You will be missed. To all of your children, my respect and love for your mother was unquestioned. She will be missed. I am praying for all of you. God Bless and Rest her Soul in Heaven.
