Lafayette - A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 1:00PM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Mrs. Rose Marie Guilliot, 77, who passed away on January 21, 2018 at 2:32am at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Rose, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Louis Kiehl and the former Helene Bidwell. Mrs. Rose enjoyed tending to her flowers, playing computer games, and spoiling her dog, Roxy. She was also an avid reader. Mrs. Rose was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Roy "Butch" Guilliot Jr.; son, Louis Hoffpauir and wife Tessie; sister, Jeannine Kiehl; grandchildren, Nina and Nathan Hoffpauir; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Mary "Betty" Kiehl Keller.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00PM on Wednesday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue on Thursday from 8:00AM until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Louis and Nathan Hoffpauir, Michael John Albarado, Dr. Albert Guilliot, Jerry Guilliot and Vincent Saitta.

The family would like to thank Dr. Ardoin and the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center for their outstanding care and compassion.
