A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers in Lafayette. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Delhomme Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Dexter Manuel of the Church of Scientology in Baton Rouge will conduct the Memorial Service.

Dr. Carl, I just found out about Dr. Kay's passing. My most sincere sympathies to you and your family. Both you and Dr. Kay taught me so much. Dr. Kay was a wonderful lady who will be sadly missed by many.
