Albert (Slick Pop) Joseph Singleton Jr departed this life on Wednesday March 15, 2017 in Convent, La. Son of the late Rosa Hebert and Albert Singleton Sr, husband of Rosetta E. Singleton, father of Wendy (Kenneth) Poche, and Quividias Singleton (Fiance'Geron Payton) and the late Sharlene August and Albert Singleton III, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 1 God Child, and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration services on Saturday March 25, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. James Methodist Church Convent, La Rev. Gaynell Simon Officiating Interment: Church Cemetery Visitation at 9 am until service time. Service entrusted to Hobson Brown Funeral Home, 134 Daisy St. Garyville, LA. 985-535-2516
