Change and loss don't have to be such a struggle. Grief, loss and change are sacred journeys and it is our choice to choose resistance or grace. The graceful road has much assistance from the spiritual realm. Sorry I could not be with you, but my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
