Anthony David King

Anthony David King, of Walker, went to be with the Lord at the age of 38. He was a graduate of Denham Springs High School and attended LSU. He was an avid LSU fan; a true sports enthusiast enjoying sports statistics. Anthony was a collector of books and loved to treasure hunt for first edition pieces. His greatest joy was his niece Jadyn. The memorial service will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2013, at the Abundant Life Church, 206 Edgewood Drive, Denham Springs, LA, with visitation afterwards. Funeral will be conducted by Rev. Richard Beatty. Anthony, loved by all, will be truly missed. He is survived by his mother, Sherry Graham LaBorde, sister, Angela D. King and beloved niece, Jadyn King all of Walker, father, David C. King of Baton Rouge, special aunts, Joan Carpenter of Livingston and Julie Breaux of Watson, uncles, Marvin King of Houston, TX and Ronnie Mattix of Harrison, AR, numerous cousins and so many special friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Lawrence and Rena King of Watson, Uncles Bobby Graham and Raymond Mattix. The family would appreciate donations for funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.
