Brenda Louise Michelli Guidry

Mrs. Brenda Louise Michelli Guidry, a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023 at the age of 71. She was a Baton Rouge Clinic nurse until retiring in 2019. She enjoyed playing games with relatives and most of all, spending time with her grandbabies. Mrs. Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Alton (Jimmy) Guidry; daughter, Megan Hinson and spouse, Scott; grandchildren, Matthey Guidry, Andrew, Owen, Benjamin, Allison and Scottie Hinson; sisters, Dorothy Leiva, Jackie Doucet (Jerry); brothers, J.C. (Mary), James, Tommy (Ruthie), and Mike (Betty); and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are parents, Jack and Leona Michelli; daughter, Amy Guidry; and, brother-in-law, Ard Leiva. Pallbearers will be, Tommy, Mike, James Michelli, Waylan and Terry Guidry and Chad Doucet. Honorary Pallbearer is J.C. Michelli. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Visitation will resume at Greenoaks Wedensday, April 5, 2023 from 10:00am until funeral service time of 1:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
