Cecil Edwards

Nov 6, 1944 to Feb 16, 2016. A beloved husband, father and grandfather has departed us. Cecil Edwards was an avid outdoors-man, horseman and devoted family man. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Sue Kirby Edwards, his children Lee Kirby, Lane and Kristie Edwards, Cissy and Tony Gorjup, Becky Edwards and Steven DePasquale, Cathy and Mike Scott and Pam and Clint Joiner. He is also survived by his 11 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Otis and Margie Edwards, his Brother and Sister in law, Marvin and Marie Edwards, and his Grandson, Ronnie Willis III. Visitation will be held at Ethel Baptist Church, February 18, 2016, from 5 pm – 9 pm and February 19, 2016, from 9 am – 11 am, followed by the Funeral Service and Burial at the Second Baptist Cemetery in Jackson, LA.
