Mrs. Charles K. Watts & Family:
I wanted to express my sincere condolences to you and all of Charles' family members at this sad time.
Charles and I worked out a reciprocity arrangement back in the mid - 1990's for him to attend court hearings and sheriff's sales in East Baton Rouge Parish for me. Likewise, he asked that I handle similar matters in Jefferson and Orleans Parishes for him and later, other members of his firm.
This arrangement has been in place for perhaps twenty years. Charles and I talked very frequently for several years on almost a weekly basis. I met him a couple of times when he came to New Orleans.
Charles was a good man with a good heart and a very fine attorney.
All of us are diminished by the passing of such a man. May God bless all of you.

A gifted, charming and faithful man and friend from childhood that touched many hearts and lives. Sad for family but glad he is whole and healed and reunited with the Watts above. I celebrate his life and pray for those left in grief.
