David Lethermon

1939 - 2022

David Lethermon, 82, gained his heavenly wings on Sunday April 3, 2022. He was born to the late Damon & Luvenia Lethermon on August 10,1939 and was a brother to Mary Lethermon Williams, Silvester Lethermon Sr., Ethel Lethermon Reese, Ella Jane Lethermon Johnson (deceased), Damon Lethermon Jr. (deceased), Walter Lethermon Sr. (deceased), and Grady Lethermon Sr. (deceased). He later married Ollie Jean Stubbs Lethermon (deceased) together they had two children, LaWana Lethermon-Collins (Michael) and Jeffery Lethermon (Denise) along with several grandchildren. He is also loved and survived by his nieces and nephews. David was a Baton Rouge native, a member of Little Zion Baptist Church, and retiree of Kaiser Aluminum. A public visitation for David Lethermon will be held 9:00am-11:00am on Thursday April 7, 2022 at Little Zion Baptist Church, 1955 74th Ave Baton Rouge, La. This will be followed by a graveside service at 11:30am held at Southern Memorial Gardens located at 3013 Blount Rouge, Baton Rouge, La. These services are entrusted to Charles Mackey Funeral Home.
