Debra Brooks Williams entered into eternal rest at Zachary Manor on Friday, August 27, 2021. She was 71- year old, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Graveside service at Southern Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:30 am conducted by Bishop Tracy Hawkins. Survivors include her husband, John Williams; son, Vernon Brooks (LaWanda Rixter); siblings, Barbara Cohen, Marvin Givens (Lydia) and Russelll Givens, Jr. (Margaret); grandchildren, Jaida, Jaison and Mattielyn Brooks; great-grandchildren, Londyn, Legend and Jamillah Brooks; host of cousins and friends; preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Mattie Givens. Arrangements entrusted to Miller & Daughter Mortuary.
