An early memory I have of Donald was in 1976 on my 9th birthday. He asked me what I wanted for a gift, so I told him there was a new band that I loved. I had heard him playing their vinyl record album on his fancy Sony stereo system. Donald was 17 at the time and exclaimed, Im surprised we share the same taste in music. He brought me to his bedroom and we listened to the 37 minute Boston album while he recorded it on a cassette tape for me. He made me feel like a very cool kid sister.

Donald was the type of man who would drop everything to come help you change a tire or assist with a home repair. He was selfless, gentle, and thoughtful and I will always admire him for that. Donald was never too busy to stop and talk to me, or anyone for that matter. He was just polite and considerate like that. One of my fellow middle children, I will miss my big brother so much.

Donald was a good friend first and co-worker second. He often spoke of his family with much thought, concern and love. He will be missed deeply and never forgotten. Utmost condolences from Gary & Kelly Ingegniero to Donald's entire family and all of his friends.

My favorite memory was when I was little and Donald would let me hang on his arms while he flexed his muscles. I just thought he was the coolest and strongest guy on earth. RIP Donald. You will be missed. Kiss Uncle RD for me.
