Sending love and my special condolences to David and Julie, and the family. Dr. Gauthier was like, My father #2. I grew up next door to the Gauthiers, and he always made me feel like part of their family. I remember his great sense of humor, and he always made us laugh. He had the funniest laughter, and could really cook! It was fun growing up next door, and we were so lucky to have fun at the cottage - and the "creek," the Bogue Falaya River, behind our homes. I will always remember Dr. Gauthier's sense of humor, and as a child, how he "took me under his wing," and always made me feel special. Sending that special love, back to his family.
