All of us along the bayou was blessed to have Dr Richard Robichaux for their doctor. Dr Dick took me "under his wing" when I was in my twenties. I was having many difficulties which prevented me to have a baby. After surgery and faith in Dr Dick, I had a son whose middle name is "Richard" named after Dr. Dick. I am now 65 and my son is 37. This region owes him so much. He will be missed!

Leslie, I know you will miss your father, dearly. It is very evident that he and your mom were the start of a very beautiful family. I am sure you all know how blessed that you are. It is also apparent that your dad was a very honorable, & awesome person in so many ways, and a true patriot during WWII and throughout his life. I sure hope I get to meet him in heaven someday.
