I wasn't able to attend the wake; since I had a very sore throat, and couldn't attend the funeral. I was needed at work. But, I wanted to let all of you know, how very much I'm grieving at our loss--all our loss--of what was just a very kind, good, and decent man. With his passing, we've lost another of that kind, of men, who cannot be replaced and who are all too few,in these times when tney are needed so very much. Please know, that, in the difficult and trying days to come, you will be in our thoughts. On behalf of myself and, of my mother who would have marked this man's passing with many tears, know that we love all of you and hold you as being very precious and dear to us.
