Jacquelyn Fousse Obituary

Jacquelyn Marie Erwin Fousse, age 63, went to be with the Lord and her best friend Rejean Tate on April 16, 2023. Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Ronald B. Fousse; her children, Chad Morin and wife Andrea, Hali Day and husband Chad, Danielle Musso and husband Doug, Shanna Engels and husband Josh, and Dustin Fousse and wife Hollis; grandchildren, Isiah, Cason, Abigail, Devin, Gabriella, Amelia, Olivia, Jobe, Noah, Josslyn, Layla and Luke; brother, Mark Erwin and wife Marla; sister, Melonie Bayham and husband Jim; loving parents, Edward Erwin, III and Sylvia H. Erwin; godmother, Rita Lynn Jackson; godchild, Lauren Veal; great aunt, Lilly Mayon; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jacquelyn has been a nurse for over 24 years. Jackie was best known for her amazing green thumb; she could grow anything. She was extremely creative and loved going on cruises with her beloved husband. With her love of music, she attended many concerts. She loved to fish; a redfish had no hope. Jackie was passionate about being there for and listening to anyone who was struggling with addiction. She was known for her quick-witted mouth, fierce determination, and extremely generous spirit. Jackie loved to dance in the rain with Isiah and Cason. Every email she ever sent was signed with her favorite quote "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to play in the rain." A celebration of Jacquelyn's life will be held at James Grace House on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 10am until 2pm.
