I will remember Mike for his easy going personality, his kind smile and his eagerness to always help when you needed. To know Mike was to be his friend, he always made me feel as though he wanted to know you and made it easy to be his friend.

You will be missed Mike and you will be remembered.

For his family and close friends, my prayers are with all of you that one day when you think of him you will think happy thoughts because you had the joy of knowing him personally.

God be with you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike lived with me here in Creole the last few years of his life and the one thing that always tickled us was the curious things that always happened around here.. we called it "Rutherford Place" and to this day we believe a book is in evidence! I was probably closer to Mike than anybody, and trust me nobody could irritate me more than he could...which proves same. I want everybody to know how blessed you are to have experienced him and how much I appreciate y'all having said so. Love, Leslie Delaroderie

Mikee was a special friend we worked together and shared good times and bad. I will surely miss him. He died much too young.

When I heard of Mike's death, I was greatly saddened, and my heart goes out to you all. Then, gradually, I was smiling, because I have so many good memories of Mike when we were children, and how good and kind he always was to me. I always looked forward to visiting with all the kids, and am grateful to God for the time we had together. You are in my prayers.

Love, Don

Rad, Uncle Buck, Leslie, Becky and Angela, It seems so unfair that Mike should die at such a young age. We truly are never promised tomorrow, if we really believed that we would live each day as it were our last. My prayers are with you all. For as peace comes after the suffering, and love is the reward of pain, so after earth comes heaven and out of our loss the gain.

Much love,

Kathy Safer Dyson

I am so sorry for your loss. I am his first cousin once removed as I am first cousin to his father.

I have lived in England for almost eight years now and have lost touch with some of the family but I still feel strongly toward my Delaroderie family.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers at the very sad time in all of your lives.
