Josh was truly a gentle person. It always seemed to me he felt the pain of others. That's remarkable because I'll always remember him with a big smile on his face. He was always so happy. He will stay that way in my memories of him.It broke my heart to hear this tragic news. Kara I feel so sad for you and your families loss. I'll keep y'all and those many many people who knew and loved Josh in my prayers.

I have wonderful memories of a young Josh playing with us when I would visit my cousin Aaron in Baton Rouge and also remember a polite and kind young man (and phenomenal golfer) from our Bishop Sullivan days. He was a great man and will be greatly missed.

Josh was a dear friend to our son, Brad, from the time they were very small boys continuing through high school, college, marriage, and the births of their own children. Josh was often a guest in our home as the boys were growing up and he was always such a delight to have around. He was a respectful, kind and loving child who grew up to be a wonderful young man. Josh was a great person and I was sorry to hear about this. My best memory of him came as kids at MBS, as he was a year older, but we became friends through sports and always thought it was so "cool" to be friends with an older kid then. Prayers to his family. RIP buddy.
