She was survived by her parents, Hope Guillory and Orris "R.C." Lea, Jr.; brother, Tyler Oliphant; sisters, Madison Arnold and Taylor Lea; grandparents, Paul Guillory, Bernadette Lea, and Cheryl and David Arnold; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Linda Guillory; and paternal grandfather, Orris Lea, Sr.

For Hope, my granddaughter, Madison, I pray for the peace that passes all understanding from God.
No words can state what we all feel now but Kaitlyn will always be my special little grandchild.
She is happy now and we are sad. Looking forward to the reunion when we all get to heaven. So many are visiting with her and we will be welcomed by her with her best friend, Jesus, when our time comes. Until then, Kaitlyn will be watching over us and listening to our prayers.

We will never understand why these things happen. I lost my little girl and can tell you, in time the pain will soften some, but it will be a very long time, but it never goes away. Be gentle on yourself because grief is exhausting. I know it hurts to even breathe right now. She is your baby and it hurts more than anyone can even imagine unless they've been in this horrible situation. The pain of losing your child is unnatural and it causes you to question everything as you are forced to see just how fragile life really is. I know you can't look forward right now because you can't imagine living another minute without her so take it slow and though you don't know me, I have been and still am spending every day missing my little girl. Look for signs they'll be all around you, pay very close attention to everything. Your sweet baby girl will be with you always and she will send you signs that she is okay and though her body is there she is not. She flies with the angels. You will miss her forever and cry oceans of tears, but in time (a very long time) you will again smile and remember Kaitlyn with a smile and not a tear. God Bless you Baby Kaitlyn.

At church yesterday, my three year old niece stood in front of the congregation and told the preacher that she wanted everyone to pray for Kaitlyn and her family. Brought a tear to my eye just to think that she is praying for a little girl and family that she didn't know.
