I carry fond memories of Aunt Lorraine and the times spent with her and Uncle Roland. She was a very special person. I remember a Christmas party at her house in 1968 and a few more current times I got to spend with her. May she be in God's peace and remember that she is loved.

Lorraine added a lot of joy to every member of our family with her kindness and extreme generosity. She was always the "life" of the party and entertained the nieces and nephews with interesting games and activities. Roland and Lorraine took each of my four children on a fabulous trip, Mark and Brent to Canada, Karen to California, and Kristie to Chicago, trips that JoAnn and I could never have afforded at the time. Lorraine's generosity provided me with help when I needed it and comfort and condolence when that was required. Lorraine was the shining beacon in our family and she will be remembered and missed for the rest of my life.

Aunt Lorraine will always hold a special place in my heart. I have many great memories from my childhood of the times spent with her and my late Uncle Roland. Aunt Lorraine and Uncle Roland unfortunately never had any children. They were blessed in other ways, two of the most loving and giving hearts that a couple could have. I remember as far back as my kindergarten years spending a week or two with them in New Orleans during my summer vacation. It was always a fun fill trip taking in all the sights and attractions in the New Orleans area and also included trips to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. They not only did this for me but for the other nieces and nephews, all of which became their “children”. Over the years the door to her house was always open as she always welcomed us for a visit. We will all miss her. Janie & Durwood Keller, Andrew & Caroline

Lorraine was a very smart person and was successful in her endeavors as an adult. She was vey gracious and made her parents proud. She enjoyed life and was full of fun. She will be missed by all.

"Aunt Lo" will be greatly missed. We all have fond memories of spending time with her in the summers when we were young, the holiday games we played when she came to Baton Rouge. I love you.
