Todd Eric Stephens

1968 - 2022

Todd Eric Stephens, age 53, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in Baton Rouge, LA, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was an inspiration to those who were fortunate enough to know him. Born August 16, 1968 to his loving parents, Jim and Becky Stephens. He is survived by his brother, Dr. Anthony Stephens and wife, Karen; his two nephews, Ryan Stephens, Patrick Stephens and niece, Kelly Stephens; aunts and uncles, Pat & Raymond Cooley and Glynn & Jean Stephens, and a multitude of other family and friends; preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. George Henagan, & Mr. & Mrs. Ottis Stephens. Todd loved his family and was deeply grateful for their love and support through his journey with cancer. He was a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. He will be greatly missed and remembered most for his kind, giving heart, love of all sports and humor. We who knew Todd best will smile often recalling his two passions-Jesus Christ and LSU. Family and friends will gather to honor his memory and encourage everyone to wear LSU purple and gold and share your happiest memories of Todd with us. Details of the Celebration of Life will follow including options in lieu of flowers.
