So sorry to hear about Vic. Old friend and a great Tiger fan. My dagger knew him as Mr. Cat at the LSU stadium games. Watched a lot of games at his old house when we were young. He will be missed.

Like many families in the 70's and 80's , my parents purchased all of our eyewear from Sylvester's. I continued this with my family as an adult. My condolences to Tom and the rest of the family. My many visits to the dispensary would bring conversations with Vick about LSU Sports, Rock Concerts , and family. Vick was equally versed in all 3. I will miss him tremendously.

I only knew Vic through my cousin, Colleen! Vic was such a nice guy and we had fun talking college sports at Easter dinner with Colleen! I know Vic will be missed by family and friends...he was a wonderful person.

Vic has gone way too soon. My whole family got our glasses from Stanocola and his father fitted me with gas perm contacts. Vic was always friendly and caring. He is in a better place reunited with his parents and sister. My prayers are with his family still on earth.

I worked with Vic at Stanocola. Just a great guy. Enjoyed talking football with him. Would always make you smile. Prayers for the family.

Vic was great friend, always helping my wife and I at the baseball games. When he'd see us coming out of the elevator, he would always rush over to talk to us.

I knew Victor from my workplace and we often talked about the KCs. I had intended to help with the honor guard this evening but cannot attend due to the flooding. My sympathies to all your family.

Victor and I were able to have many nice chats during our years at Redemptorist High School. Many of our classes and also our graduation ceremony, required us to sit in alphabetical order and we soon became friends. He was always pleasant and smiling back then and I know he still is. My sympathy to his family.
