Uncle Lanky what a full and long life you had. Most of your life was devoted to public service but I remember how hard you worked to support your family. Whether you were painting houses on the side or working in your beautiful yard, you never stopped. How happy we were when you were reelected as Counciman in your District. You were the working man's hero and looked after the needs of your community. You will always be remembered for your dedication to the masses. There are too many memories to convey here but I especially remember our great Sunday meals where we would bring up a stool for me to sit. You and Aunt Cora always treated me as one of your own. Thank you for the wonderful memories. What a wonderful reunion is waiting for you in Heaven.
