To Brother Walter's wife, family, Pastor, and friends, I am another person who was touched by the ministry of Bro. Walter. I met him as a nurse at BR General. He touched my heart with his love of Jesus, and people. Many times he called me to sing a short song of worship, and to pray, and give me a bible verse. He touched my life in a profound way. I last spoke to him on Aug. 24, 2021, and thought Jesus would take him home. What a powerful man of God, who like Jesus made himself of no reputation. I thank God to have known a powerful servant of the Lord, a true man of God! Thank you Jesus for putting me with your servant, Bro. Walter Mahogany. You are now singing to the Lord day and night. Sister Karen Ankesheiln.

Walter and I have been friends for over fifty years. I'm going to miss Bro. Walter, he was a giver, he was the one who kept our little Scrabble group together. To Pat and the Mahogany family you have my deepest sympathy.
