Jeffrey Anderson Obituary

Jeffrey Chase Anderson, affectionately known as JC, peacefully passed away on March 16, 2024, at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, at the age of 77. Born on February 21, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Jeffrey leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and service. A devoted husband, Jeffrey is survived by his beloved wife Carlette, daughter Britt Anderson, Grandchildren: Kiefer Jordan, Chanel Jordan, Alec Jordan and Hagen Jordan. He has four stepchildren: Harlow Newton, Alex Newton, Kimberly Klootwyk, and Tamara Newton. He was also cherished by his siblings Craig Anderson, Lee Anderson, and Karen Mitchell.
Jeffrey served his country with honor during the Vietnam era as a member of the Air Force. However, his service extended far beyond his military duties. In 1988, alongside his wife Carlette, he co-founded Save-A-Heart, an organization dedicated to teaching life-saving techniques. His passion for helping others will continue to inspire generations.
Though Jeffrey may have departed this world, his spirit of kindness and generosity will forever remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Alpine Woman's Club, P.O. Box: 231, Alpine, CA 91903, to honor Jeffrey's commitment to community and service.
