May Blanton Obituary
May was a member of Our Savior Episcopal Church. She was a very simple lady. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and traveling especially to Europe. She loved all of her family and cherished every moment she was able to spend with her precious grandchildren and her great grandson. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Oswald and Ruby Lipscomb; her son, James Raiford Blanton, and her siblings.
Survivors include her daughter, Christina Smith (Brian); her grandchildren, Holden Keith Smith and Alaina Irene Williams (David); and her great grandson, Gabriel Dominic Williams.
A memorial service will be held at Our Savior Episcopal Church, 4227 Columbia Rd, Augusta, GA 30907, at a later date.
