I have a fond memory of Tommy as a Richmond County Deputy. Many years ago as a member of the Augusta Exchange Club I volunteered in the Augusta Exchange Club Fair Parking lot taking up money from the attending patrons. One night I was wearing shorts and he came up to me and said, "Are them your legs...or are you ridin a chicken???" I still laugh out loud every time I think of him. He made a difference and will be missed.

God has gained another angel and we have lost one of the most caring and best friend. You and your family have been a pillar in the community for many years.
