With heavy heart we announce the passing of Aspyn Lake de Wit, a precious little girl who left us to soon on February 5 2025 at 1 year old. On January 29 2024, Aspyn Lake brought immeasurable love and laughter to the lives of her parents, Derik de Wit and Danielle de Wit. Aspyn was an extremely smart, curious, and strong baby girl who loved the outdoors, exploring with family and always had a smile on her face. Aspyn Lake has left a lasting impression that will never be forgotten. Aspyn, we love you baby girl.
Aspyn is survived by her loving parents, Derik de Wit and Danielle de Wit (Tiemann); her soon-to-be-born little sister; her grandparents, Paul and Donna Tiemann and Robert and Linda de Wit; and her great-grandparents, Paul and Brenda Tiemann. She is also remembered by her aunts and uncles: Christina Craft, Josh Oburn, Tiffany Craft, Hendrik and Isil de Wit, and Daniel Kight, along with numerous cousins and a large extended family of friends and loved ones.
In honor of Aspyn's life, her family will hold a viewing on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk, 7110 Sollers Point Road. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Aspyn will be laid to rest at Highview Memorial Gardens, 3433 Fallston Rd, Fallston, MD 21047, immediately following the service.
