Yesterday

I am so sad to learn of Harold´s passing. He was a wonderful attorney and always supportive of my career. He was my mentor, Jack Rubin´s best friend. They were people lawyers whose clients remained loyal and indebted to them for their devoted representation. Harold adored Mara and was devoted to her comfort and happiness. He was a gentleman and loyal friend. The Bar in Heaven is adding new members too quickly as I lose another pillar in my career. Enjoy a toast with Jack and Carol; I know the vintage will be bold and smooth.
My sympathies to Beautiful Mara and the family. My heart aches for all of you.

I was shocked to hear of the passing of Mr. Dwin. He wasn´t always the easiest person to work for but I always respected him and enjoyed my many years working with him at Cohen & Dwin. He always had the best stories and, when time allowed, he would tell them for hours.

We also had birthdays very close together so we would occasionally share a cake at the office. He always let me pick the flavor because that´s the kind of man he was.
