Nicolas Haddad Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Nicolas Haddad, who left us on Friday, November 1, 2024, at the age of 70 after a courageous battle with cancer. Surrounded by his loving family and friends in his final moments, he was a pillar of strength and a beacon of love. Nicolas had a unique gift of engraving a memory in the heart of everyone he met or knew. He enjoyed doing any work to perfection. He was an avid gardener planting a tree or a flower here or there or giving an advice of a certain type. He loved talking to others giving attention to young and old, throwing a joke here or asking a riddle there. His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone he met.

Nicolas is deeply missed by his wife, Najwa, his daughters Christine and Nadine, and his son, Chris. He is also remembered by a big family of brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.

Service will be held at Our Lady of Lebanon Church, 7142 Alaska Ave. NW # 7142, Washington DC 20012, on Saturday November 9, 2024. The viewing will take place from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, followed by the service at 1:00 PM and a Mercy meal. Au lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Our Lady of Lebanon Church.
