Phyllis Burhorst Obituary
Phyllis Ann Burhorst, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025, at the age of 88. She was born on August 3, 1937, in New Jersey.
Phyllis is survived by her devoted children: Sharon Bittner (husband William), George Vincent Kelly (late wife Donna Lee), Raymond A. Kelly, the late Walter W. Kelly Jr., Louis W. Kelly, Ella Ann Marie Kelly, and Barbara Ann Bandy. Loving sister to Gary Taylor and the late George Haines. She was a proud grandmother to ten grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, who will carry her memory in their hearts, as well as her cherished nieces and nephews, family, and a host of friends.
A public viewing will take place at Connelly Funeral Home of Dundalk on Tuesday September 2, 2025, from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the same location on Wednesday September 3rd at 10:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206.
She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
