Todd Joseph Raffo, age 63, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at his home in Bowie, Maryland. Todd was born September 21, 1961, in Washington, D.C., the son to the late John Henry Raffo and Nancy Jane Raffo (Carter).

At a young age, Todd was a Champion Golden Gloves Boxer with the Kentland Boys and Girls Club. He told his stories with pride, and how his father was his coach that stood in his corner every step of the way. Todd also played football and graduated from Bowie High School in 1980. He was a huge sports fan from his early years to later in life, and had a vast knowledge that he shared with many.

Todd worked at Giant Food Warehouse for 26 1/2 years. He was a very hardworking and dedicated employee that worked many long hours to provide for his family. During his time with Giant, he made many friends that would faithfully visit him during his illness. They would come by just to reminisce with the "one and only" Todd Raffo.

Todd and his son, Johnny, shared a love for muscle cars and funny jokes. He could tell you the year, make, model, and engine size of any classical muscle car. Additionally, he loved rock music, and would sit on the front porch listening to the playlist his son Gunnar had created for him. Todd loved life, but more importantly, he loved his family.

Todd was preceded in death by his parents, John "Pete" Raffo and Nancy Raffo, and his brothers, Anthony "Tony" Raffo, and John "Dino" Raffo. Todd is survived by his wife Jane Angelia "Angie" Raffo (Tippett) and was the proud father of two sons, Gunnar Joseph Raffo, and Johnny Giovanni Raffo, and two amazing grandchildren Asher Grayson Lee Huffer and Elena Renee Huffer. Additionally, he is survived by his sister Angela Raffo, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. He was truly blessed to have a large family and extended family that truly loved him. Todd was the light that brightened everyone's day simply by being himself. When he loved, he loved with his whole heart. He had a huge heart, and was the first to help anyone in need whether it be a friend, family, or complete stranger.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Beall Funeral Home located at 6512 NW Crain Highway (Route 3 South), Bowie, Maryland 20715.

Services will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Beall Funeral Home where the burial procession will leave at 12:00 p.m. leading to Trinity Memorial Gardens located at 3221 Mattawoman Beantown Road, Waldorf, Maryland 20601.
