Eva Pello Obituary
Eva Roxanna Pello, 70, of Brunswick, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, at Southeast Georgia Health System - Brunswick Campus.
A service to celebrate Eva's life will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2025, at Chapman Funeral Chapel, with Brother Dave Spence officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Eva was born Nov. 5, 1954, in Brunswick. She had lived in Brunswick all of her life, graduating with the Class of 1972 from Brunswick High School.
Survivors include her children, Layla Hapney (Derek) of St. Marys and Cole Morris of St. Simons Island; grandchildren, Patrick Shirah, Steven Watson II, Roxanna Watson, James Hapney (Rachel) and Tayla Hapney; great-grandchildren, Liam Shirah, and Logan, Max, Torrin and Isabella Hapney; brothers, Pat Pello, Steve Pello and James Pello, all of Brunswick, and Dan Pello Jr. (Darla) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Bessie Pello; a brother, Johnny Pello; a son-in-law, Steve Watson; and sister-in-law, Linda Pello.
Chapman Funeral Chapel & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
