Kathy and family, so sorry to hear of Lucio's passing. He was such a good psychiatrist. He helped us out so many times at Comprehend when we need additional psychiatric services. The clients truly loved him.

It was a sad moment to know that you passed away on my birthday. My father (owan/fred), your nephew, informed me the news when I got home. He looked forward to see you again on december but this incident is inevitable. We are thankful that we met you for the first time last year and moments like that should be cherished. You will always be in our prayers Lolo Lucio.

After Over 40 years of no connection ,you able last year to see everyone backhome,meet all the generations and specially your only sister Lee hua.managed to contact me and had a video chat ,meet bj my husband ,and you though me to go home also and visit family,which we agreed to meet again personally,no hint that,s the last time everyone will meet you again.
As your mission now to be with the rest of your love parents,brothers and with our God in peace .We going to miss you ,but you left us a happy memories that we all managed to patched our long lost contact .our peace with you .
