Very sorry to learn about Sam's passing. My sincere condolences to his extended family. Sam was a great friend and consistent mentor for many of us in the commercial real estate business of Atlanta. I will always remember that wonderful smile and genuine handshake offered at every meeting. We will all miss Sam, greatly! Rest in peace my friend.
