Marjorie Fain Obituary

Mrs. Marjorie Hutchison Fain, age 90, of Bee Branch, passed away Nov. 5, 2011.
She was born Aug. 31, 1921, in Morganton, to W. J. and Willie (Graddy) Hutchison.
She graduated from Arkansas State Teachers College and retired as the Home Economics teacher at Southside High School after 21 years of service. She was a member of the Eastern Star Damascus Chapter 515, a member of the Colony Church of Christ (where at the age of 16 her and her twin sister were baptized in Choctaw Creek), and an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan for over 50 years.
Mrs. Fain is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Ann (Mike) Kirk of Little Rock; two granddaughters, Sarah Elizabeth (Riley) Hays of Chicago, Ill., and Catherine Elise Kirk of Little Rock; great-granddaughter, Hadley Grace Hays of Chicago, Ill.; twin sister, Margaret Hutchison Denmon of Clinton; and one brother-in-law, Jerry E. Walters. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, O. M. Fain; two sisters, Lela Byus and Jimi Dee Walters; and two brother-in-laws, Lt. Col. John Byus II and Carl G. Denmon.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, at Roller-McNutt Chapel in Clinton.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, at Bee Branch Baptist Church.
Interment will be at Bee Branch Baptist Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Ozark Health Nursing Center Nursing Scholarship Fund, 2500 Hwy 65 South, Clinton, Arkansas 72031 or the Van Buren County Historical Museum, 211 3rd Street, Clinton, Arkansas 72031.
Arrangements are by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton.
