Phoebe Carol Church, age 67, of Damascus passed from this life on Saturday, April 16, 2022. She was born Sept. 25, 1954, in Memphis, Tennessee, to OT and Clara Baker.
Phoebe was a 1972 graduate of Conway High School. She attended Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma and Trevecca Nazarene University in Tennessee. She was employed at Conway Public Schools for 18 years until her retirement and was also a faithful member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Conway, Arkansas.
Phoebe is preceded in death by her father, OT Baker; and her nephew, James Luke Baker.
She is survived by her husband, Garry Church; her daughter, Hannah LyBrand (Heath); granddaughter, Rain LyBrand of Mayflower; her mother, Clara Baker of Conway; her six brothers, James Baker of Conway, Kent Baker (Karen) of Conway, George Baker (Susan) of Conway, Paul Baker (Kelly) of Oklahoma, Mark Baker of Oklahoma, and Kerry Baker of Conway. She had several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly, as all of them were her favorite.
There will be a Visitation from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. immediately followed by Funeral Services on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Tim Britton officiating. Interment will be at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in her name to First Church of the Nazarene in Conway, Arkansas.

My condolences to her mother Clara and all her brothers on their loss. I know I did not see that much of her in adult life but she was family and she will be sorely missed.
