David and I grew up together. We played golf and we fished together. He was very passionate about sports including bowling, fishing, baseball, and golf. He was a good friend and my cousin. We shared many a beer and had some really good times. It was heartbreaking to see the effect opioids changed his life. I will miss my cousin Dave.
