Chrissy and Charlie, and the Pogmore Family,
My condolences for your loss.
I still remember your Dad from when we were kids, him coming home from work and throwing hay over the back fence for the animals. And stories from my brothers of fishing license checks...
Sending good thoughts,
Lynne Mitchell

I knew Rich as the perfect game warden for his time. Those times that I also knew and loved. We worked under simpler guidelines then, to get the job done , and we did!
Rest in peace Rich.

I´m so sorry to hear about Rich. The laughs we had, the arrests we made together are life long memories for me that I´ll never forget. What a game warden.

Spent many exciting days working with Rich in the 70s on patrol as game wardens. He was one of the best. He will be missed. God speed, Rich.

Condolences to the Pogmore family. I had the pleasure of meeting and having my fishing license checked on more than one occasion. He exemplified what a conservation officer should be. A true gentleman.
