Cynthia Bankston Obituary
Cindy graduated from Manhattan Academy. She was employed by Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, Virginia. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson and formerly Morrison Heights Baptist Church.
Cindy is survived by her mother and father, Gail and Walter Bankston of Jackson, Mississippi; daughter, Courtney Marie Smith of Virginia; brother, Ted Bankston of Jackson, Mississippi; sisters; Sheri Bankston of Jackson, Mississippi, and Penny Bankston of Jackson, Mississippi; and grandsons, Caiden and Jeremiah.
The family would like to thank a very special caregiver, Lee Ann Barrett, who loved her like her own sister. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Missionaries.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park.
