Alice Marchioni Obituary
Born on January 14, 1925, in Soldier, PA, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Zena Yohe Pendleton.
She married Albert R. Marchioni. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2006.
Alice was a homemaker and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. She was a past member of the Volunteer Hose Company #1 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Alice is survived by four children, Robert A. Marchioni and his wife Marcia, Joseph P. Marchioni and his wife Lisa, both of DuBois, PA, Albert R. Marchioni, Jr. of Montoursville, PA and Elisa C. Smith of DuBois, PA; two sisters, Nancy Walker and her husband Marlin of Sykesville, PA and Rhoda Walker and her husband Ben of Reynoldsville, PA; five grandchildren: Tiffany, Breanne, Jesse, Alison and Bridget; and five great-grandchildren: Everlee, Gracy, Blake, Grant and Jude.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mario Marchioni; her brother, Delbert Pendleton; and an infant brother, Donnie; and her sister, Margaret Walker.
There will be no public visitation.
A funeral service for family will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. from the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. with Msgr. Richard Siefer officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Reynoldsville.
Memorials may be placed with a charity of the donor's choice.
