Martha Margaret Esposito

1927 - 2020

Martha Margaret Esposito age 93 of Hewitt Street Brockway, PA; died on November 27, 2020 at her residence. Born on October 2, 1927 in DuBois, PA; she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Julia Lashaga Hoskavich.

Martha was formerly married to Francis "Cheech" Esposito. Retired, she was the co-owner of Esposito Beverage in Brockway from 1951 to 1991, as well as a homemaker.

Martha was a member at St. Tobias Church, and was a member of the Rosary Society. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and taking care of her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by sons; Dr. Francis "Mike" (Peggy) Esposito of Raleigh, NC and Richard "Dick" Esposito of Brockway, a daughter; Karen Ann Esposito of Chantilly, VA, and sons; Thomas (Vicky) Esposito of Mechanicsburg, PA and Gregory (Maureen) Esposito also of Mechanicsburg, a sister; Dorothy Scull of DuBois; seven grandchildren: Gina Trask, Andrew Esposito, Sarah Snyder, Nicholas Esposito, Maura Esposito, Emily Grandon and Alyssa Davis as well as by five great-grandchildren: Asher Trask, Miles and Grace Grandon, Amelia and Dahlia Esposito.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by a four sisters: Mary Larson, Anne Topeck, Helen Suplizio, Anastasia Murone and five brothers: John Hoskavich, Michael Hoskavich, Steven Hoskavich, Joseph Hoskavich and Harry Hoskavich.

There will be no public visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Tobias Church in Brockway with Msgr. Charles Kaza presiding. Burial will follow in St. Tobias Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Tobias Church 1135 Hewitt Street Brockway, PA 15824 or to the "We Care Program" at the Brockway Elementary School 40 North Street Brockway, PA 15824.
